All potential revenues and expenses must be fully disclosed.

Funding arrangements must be in keeping with the Canadian Medical Association's Guidelines, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Guidelines and AMMI Canada.

All faculty honoria, travel and accommodation must be transferred to and distributed by AMMI Canada (subject to the funding policy of AMMI Canada).

AMMI CANADA FUNDING POLICY

HONORIA - only speakers are eligible to receive a honoria. The maximum amount that can be provided to a speaker is $500.00 Canadians.

N.B. : Moderators and chairs are not eligible for any honoraria.

TRAVEL - only lowest economy travel can be expensed for an AMMI Canada accredited event.

ACCOMMODATION - up to two nights of accommodation in a traditional room can be expenses for an AMMI Canada accredited event. If the event is part of a conference, the accommodation arrangements must be made at the host hotel.
