The Program Planning Committee exists as a Standing Committee of the Association, to coordinate the association's participation in scientific educational programs or meetings and as directed by the Council. The main purpose of the Program Planning Committee is to coordinate the annual conference of the association and, as directed by Council, other scientific programs or meetings through advocacy, expert consultation, networking and collaborative research as deemed appropriate by the Committee and as directed by Council.
