The mandate of this committee is to serve as a national resource for Faculties of Medicine in Canada for the development, content and evaluation of undergraduate and postgraduate education curricula and continuing medical education in Infectious Diseases/Medical Microbiology through advocacy, expert consultation, networking and collaborative research as deemed appropriate by the Committee and as directed by Council.
